Snowbirds and vacationers descend like migratory birds on Palm Beach every winter. Destination - beach! But not everyone is heading for the coastline. Due west about 30 minutes, there's that horsey community of Wellington, the winter equestrian playground for the great galloping gentry.

Wellington hosts not one but two different major equestrian events that last through the spring, bringing an influx of spectators, competitors, and their staffs. But let's not forget the magnificent four-legged creatures who are the stars of the show!
