Gage Hartung
Principal Designer Gage Hartung is a native Floridian who has been designing since 1991. Gage received a Bachelor of Science degree at Florida State University, studying in its prestigious School of Visual Arts / Interior Design. Upon completion of his degree, he returned to South Florida to begin his career working with a number of world famous designers before joining Shuster Design.
Gage grew up in the construction industry - his father was a successful general contractor in Palm Beach County who took him to work and taught him how things are designed and put together. It is from this foundation that he developed his understanding of design, eye for detail, color, scale, product knowledge and project management.
Notable projects include: a French country estate home in Boca Raton; a contemporary ski lodge in Tamarack, Idaho; a sleek modern home in Miami and a Japanese inspired home in Westin. Gage's work has been featured in Florida Design magazine, Luxe Interiors and Design magazine and Florida Architecture magazine.
Gage was honored with the "Star on the Rise 2013" award given by the Design Center of the Americas in recognition of his growth within the design community.
Gage is active in his local community, serving as chairman of the Biscayne Park Planning Design Review Board.
