Mac Ross

Managing Partner Mac Ross is the Cofounding and Managing Attorney of Ross Felty, a Real Estate Law Firm. Mac brings a comprehensive perspective to every transaction. Prior to starting Ross Felty, Mac worked for prominent developers and builders on the acquisition, entitlement, and structuring of residential, multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Florida. Mac focuses on guiding clients through complex real estate transactions with a steady hand and a clear voice. He has built a reputation for his calm, detail-oriented approach and his ability to keep deals moving — even when challenges emerge. Whether it’s a first-time home purchase, a luxury condominium closing, or a commercial site acquisition, Mac ensures every detail is handled with care. Mac holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2017. He dedicates much of his free time to serving the real estate community through active volunteerism. Mac currently serves as President of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Palm Beach County. In addition, he holds board positions with the Martin County Zoning Adjustment Board and the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach Real Estate Development Council and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, Mac maintains affiliate membership with both the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, Martin County Realtor Association and RWORLD.
